Quest Pizza: An Honest Review! Over 7 and a half months on Keto and not really having many cravings. However, I had read about Quest pizza and saw that it was in stock at my local Target store. So I researched it a bit and figured it was more for those who are doing Lazy Keto, or even Dirty Keto. Meaning, to hell with what is in a product, as long as it is low carb.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing low-carb or keto about most traditional, store-bought granola bars. They’re usually really high in net carbs, have lots of added sugar, and contain as many calories as some candy bars. 😳 Quest Nutrition took it upon themselves to create delicious and low-carb snack bars … and they sure delivered. Quest Pizza Keto Friendly Conclusion: Quest Pizza is actually pretty impressive remaining below 2 net carbs per 100 calories. As long as you treat them as an occasional treat and not an everyday meal you should be fine with them. Quest Bars are truly one of the most popular and affordable snacks out there. Most of them have already decent macros but when it comes to the keto diet, then only the Quest Protein Bar and Hero Bar make the cut. They are high in protein and low fat and carbs. This is HANDS DOWN my absolute favorite Quest Bar! It’s like Christmas in my mouth and I can’t get enough. It seems like everyone else loves this flavor too as the entire display from Publix was empty within a few days.
